The local African church is a key member in bringing change to Africa.
Churches truly understand the needs and challenges of their own communities. As we partner with Africa, our partnership with local churches is fundamental, helping them better serve and love their communities.

Every day hundreds of thousands of people in Africa are forced to walk miles upon miles to reach water, and the water isn’t even guaranteed to be clean or safe to drink. By participating in a Water:Walk, you can put yourself in another person’s shoes, paralleling what it’s like to walk for water in Africa. This not only raises awareness for those who walk, but it can also be used as an opportunity to raise money to bring clean water access to communities in Africa. Walk for water so they don’t have to.

Your church can join Blood:Water in providing clean water to kids in Africa! The Walter Project is a five-day, children's ministry guide and fundraising campaign designed to help kids understand the importance of having clean water all around the globe. It's perfect for Sunday school and VBS!
